£25 per cabin or bay per week, and at least a 50% saving on the energy waste in the areas we control, guaranteed.
DataMate monitoring is free and stays free. Installation is included, and it is free on projects of six months or more. If our fees come to more than we have saved you across the project, we credit the difference, so you cannot end a project out of pocket. Projects of six months or more. That is the only condition.

Circuit-level monitoring. Monitor-only: nothing gets switched.
- The control unit, one per cabin or bay
- Installation included
- CT monitoring on every board circuit
- Door, occupancy, temperature and humidity sensors
- The Wastage Review, booked the day the unit goes in, moved only if consumption hasn't settled
No commitment. There is a qualifying call first, because each unit is real hardware.
Per cabin or bay per week. Control, on top of the monitoring.
- The same box, no second installation
- Installation included, at every stage
- Four contactors switching the circuits worth switching
- Timers, occupancy, peak shave
- Reporting down to individual loads
- The Savings Review, booked for one week after go-live
Discounts available for upfront terms, ask.
What moves the cost
Two things, and only two: how many cabins or bays, and for how long. The rate is the rate.
There is no installation charge, no commissioning fee, no charge for the sensors, and no charge for the portal. A bay is priced the same as a cabin.
Discounts are available for upfront terms. Ask, and we’ll tell you what applies to your commitment; we’d rather have that conversation than publish a ladder that pretends every project is the same.
Who is invoiced, on what cycle, and on what payment terms. We’d rather leave this blank than state commercial terms we haven’t confirmed.
Ask us and we’ll tell you directly: info@gaiagroupuk.com.
The guarantee, in full
We guarantee at least a 50% saving on the energy waste in the areas we control. And if our fees come to more than we’ve saved you across the project, we credit the difference, so you cannot end a project out of pocket. Projects of six months or more.
What the two limbs mean
Limb one is a performance promise: at least a 50% saving on the energy waste in the areas Gaia controls. Not 50% of your whole bill, 50% of the waste, in the areas we actually switch.
Limb two is a financial floor: fees paid minus savings delivered. If that is positive, we credit it. The most you can ever be credited is everything you paid us, which is what happens if we save you nothing at all.
The condition, and how it’s assessed
Projects of six months or more. That is the only condition. There is no green-power requirement and no requirement that your cabins be Gaia Enabled first.
Assessed across the project and settled once at the end, not monthly, and no interim claims.
Savings are valued at your own electricity rate, agreed up front, and measured against your site’s own benchmark.
Why settle at the end rather than monthly? Because savings peak in spring and autumn, so the months a project spans move the result a long way. A site we monitor read 37% across a summer (13 May to 31 July 2025) and 65% across a full year (13 May 2025 to 30 April 2026). A monthly assessment would penalise a project for the month it happened to start in, and would make an early report look like a failure when it isn’t one.

Why do you publish your pricing?
Because a price you have to request isn’t a price. It’s a meeting.
Three practical reasons, none of them idealistic:
- A bid team can’t use a number they have to ask for. Our concept increasingly turns up written into tenders as a requirement. Somebody answering that clause on a deadline needs a figure they can put in a document today, not a form to fill in.
- Procurement checks before it engages. Nobody doing due diligence fills in a contact form. If the price isn’t findable, we’re not considered.
- A hidden price implies the price depends on who’s asking. Ours doesn’t.
The trade-off is that we lose the chance to anchor before you see a number. We think being usable is worth more than being able to negotiate from a position you can’t verify.
