We install monitoring on your cabins, survey the board and rank every cabin by £/week wasted, free, because we have to survey the board to configure AutoMate properly anyway. It costs you an engineer at the distribution board and a site visit, a real engagement, not a form to fill in.
Your Wastage Review is booked the day the unit goes in, not "a few weeks after", and moved only if your consumption hasn't settled by then.

What you’ll get
Full visibility on every cabin
One unit per cabin, fitted inside the distribution board by a qualified electrician. It measures every circuit: heaters, air conditioning, water boilers, sockets, lights, including the ones we would never switch. You stop guessing which cabin is the expensive one, because you can see it.
A plain-English Wastage report
Once consumption settles into a baseline you get a report a project manager can read without an engineer to translate it: what is running out of hours, what is running in an empty room, what is drawing power it has no business drawing.
Written in money, not kilowatt-hours, though the kilowatt-hours are in there too.

Every figure above is a measured whole-period result from the site’s own meter data. Electricity rates are the rate each customer told us they pay, printed beside their own figure. Savings in pounds are never averaged or totalled across sites, because the rates differ.

Monitoring runs until your consumption settles into a usable baseline, no fixed number of weeks. Savings peak in spring and autumn: summer has little waste to remove, and in winter the heating is genuinely needed. A strong number in a mild period is a floor, not a ceiling. We’ll tell you which kind of period yours is before you decide.
There isn’t a minimum. What matters more than cabin count is what’s in them and how long the job runs: drying rooms and long programmes have the most waste to remove; two small offices for eight weeks won’t. We’ll tell you which side of that you’re on, and we’ll say if it isn’t worth doing.

Guarantee terms
The cost-neutral guarantee applies to projects of six months or more. Savings are measured across the project, in the areas Gaia controls. Where the AutoMate fee has exceeded the savings delivered, the difference is credited to your account. The guarantee is capped at cost-neutral. Installation is free on projects of six months or more, or you can have your cabin supplier fit it.
